Returns policy

We hope that you love your Wild Things by Design purchase however should it fail to live up to your expectations we offer a 14-day return policy.

If you’re not happy with your purchase

Please contact us by emailing info@humoroushistory.com within 14 days of the delivery date letting us know you would like to return your goods. 

We will then raise a returns request and you will have 14 days to return the goods to us.

All returns must be in their original packaging and unused.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Please make sure to obtain proof of posting or use a trackable service and note that we do not reimburse the return shipping cost.

If your purchase is faulty

Please contact us by emailing info@humoroushistory.com within 30 days of the delivery date and as soon as the fault is identified, letting us know the full details of the fault along with whether you would like a refund or a replacement.

We will then raise a returns request and you will have 14 days to return the goods to us.

All returns must be in their original packaging and unused.

Refunds and replacements will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Replacements will be ordered within 2 days of receipt of the returned goods.
